"My family is in town for the weekend and my special needs brother told me last night he wanted to go to a “real barber shop” so we stopped by. It was already close to 6 but Joseph said he could get him in after another client. We decided we didn’t want to keep Joseph late on a Friday night so we made an appointment for Saturday morning. Took my brother this morning and he absolutely loved the entire experience. Joseph treated my brother like one of the guys. He did not talk down to him in any way. He listened to what my brother wanted and gave him an awesome haircut. My brother was so happy to be treated like another one of the guys. Thank you so much. We will definitely be going back to Joseph the next time my family is in town."
