"The young lady did a great job cutting my hair. I just wanted it off and out of my face. She made me look and feel human again. I'd just like to say that everyone should smile & chat it up a bit more. It's hard to figure out the personality of the person holding the shears! It's nice to know if we even like the person who's going to be styling our hair for all to see. We're trusting you with our hair. You can trust us, and tip us with a smile. "Belen gave me the best haircut I’ve had in 10 years. She used more technique than other stylists, listened carefully to my wants, and knew exactly how to handle my weird cowlicks. "Never coming back here again. The person who cut my hair was obviously new and took an agonizing amount of time finishing my haircut. They even got hair all over my back. I almost don't want to post this review because I know there are decent employees there who give good haircuts and have provided me with great service in the past. But this experience was so bad it ruined my image of the entire company. Thank you for the horrible experience Great Clips."

"I will never come to this location ever again. I had taken my child here and it was horrible we waited for over 1 hr and when it was our turn i showed the hair dresser a photo of the hair style and looked confused and asked me so HOW do you want the cut then the hair dresser was getting mad cause my child could not sit still and has sensory issues and nothing with the hair cut was done and this was back in August 2023"
