"Terrible, the lady was so rude and very rough. She cut me 3 different times. She was shaking really bad and did a terrible job with the design. She had said she went to a quinceniera the night before. I don't know if she was hung over or something, but my whole experience was absolutely terrible. To start, I couldn't find the location, so I called the spa and my nail tech answered very rudely, gave terrible directions and then I had to call back again. It was inside of the hair salon ,to get in you need a code or someone to let you in and there was no ione. Then she acted like I was stupid because ei couldn't find it.i left with my nails half way done with glue and cuts all over my hands, now I have to go somewhere else to get them painted and my pedicure like I hoped for. I should also mention I was there for over 2 hours and i left with my nails uncompleted. Litterally 2 whole hours waisted and i still had to pay her 30$ cash for my nails. I am waiting to get my deposit back to my card. I wanted a relaxing experience and this was nothing like it. I don't not recommend and for the price I thought they would have nice massage chairs for their pedicures, but they don't. Don't come here"
