"The stylist was super friendly and the salon was very appealing. However my hair turned out nowhere near my inspo photo. It was very possible to achieve it because I lifted super light, and I think she just toned me too dark. Also, I asked for a very lived in look with dark roots because I did not want damage to my freshly grown in hair, and she ended up bleaching my hair to the root and just doing a root smudge to cover it. I felt like my service was rushed just so she could meet a time quota. Also, 3 days after the service my toner and root smudge already faded and I’m left with a brassy orange look. Ended up spending $200 for an unhappy result."

"Overall the salon was beautiful and staff was wonderful. I got a haircut and went for big chop, but feel extremely disappointed with the outcome. My stylist, Devon, did not capture the styles from the inspiration photos I showed her. I feel I ended up with a short lob haircut and specifically communicated that I wanted a medium shag style haircut. I feel she took creative liberties and just kept chopping away. Again, the salon itself was beautiful, but I was very disappointed and would not go back."

However, she actually showed me how much hair I needed to cut to make my hair healthy again. I really appreciated her honesty and advisement and felt I could trust her with having my hair look its best. My hair has never grown faster after that. She recommended products that she thought would work best for my hair (both offered in and out of the salon) and educated me on techniques to style my hair.
