"Very rude, I felt like I was being harassed I was asked at least half a dozen times within 5-10 minutes there if I needed help by the same employee with long black hair. She rolled her eyes & mumbled something too when I kindly told her I didn't need help. She kept watching me, I felt very uncomfortable, like she thought I was stealing or something! I couldn't even figure out which color I wanted to pick out for my hair because she walked up & started putting stuff on the shelf right in front of where I was standing trying to pick out the color for my hair. She couldn't wait till I was finished. No customer service skills. I will not shop there again. I've never felt that uncomfortable or have been treated that way in any Sally's or any store ever!"
"I was simply at the store looking around as an employee came and asked if I needed help. It seemed they did this every few minutes. Pressuring me to hurry or buy items. They were just very rude whispering to each other and eye balling me. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt harassed. At check out they seemed to purposely confuse me and make sure I didn't get my discounts and coupons. Worst experience at a store."
