"One of the worst haircuts I have ever received. I came in with exact reference images, along with an explanation of what I wanted, however, the lady cutting my hair, Dolores, did not listen. She ended up cutting off nearly three more inches than what I had asked for. I was so focused on the loss of length that I didn't notice how choppy and uneven the actual haircut was until I got home and showered. It's hard to even fix as I don't want to sacrifice any more length."
