"Came in on Veterans Day to get my hair cut . My first time I usually go to great clips but the service has gone down hill , so I decided to try my luck with you all . Sergio did my cut and I must say his hospitality was outstanding, he was the only one that acknowledged the guest comes in . He was friendly and took his time he was sociable. I will definitely be back and ask for him . Great job Sergio."
"My stylist cut my hair uneven, and one side is growing in shorter then the other, through out the hair cut I smelt his hand of cigarettes and he keep leaving to talk to other workers about non important topics and coughed on me. Very disappointed."
"I was refused service during hours because they were closing soon. Why put 5 as your closing time when I can't show up more than 10 minutes before that for a 10 minute job."
