"I totally agree with the last review where the ladies hair was butchered by Felisa Casanova because she did the exact same darn thing to my hair. She butchered the heck out of it and I had to even tell her about skipping my bangs in the side of my hair. I don't know if a bunch of people who work there strung out or exactly what's going on but that place isn't ran right. This is the third time that I went to go see the same person to cut my hair and when I got home Saturday I could just feel that my hair was offset and that's not even mentioning the attitude that Felisa. My hair was one of those haircuts that you're so mad that you cry instead of doing something about it. Didn't even get a hair washed or a decent hair dryer because according to her she was going to charge me more to blow dry my hair with a brush when all she does is use the same brush that she used on someone else. Instead of going back to the store and getting how I can get even I feel violated I just did the right thing and contacted corporate to get things fixed. I felt bad when I read the past review because I know how that lady feel. Felisa needs have her licence taken away from her since she shows no respect or remorse with the bad haircuts. I'd like to express more but I'm still to upset to even try. My grandson could have done better with kindergarten scissors. If I knew how I'd post pictures of the awful mess she made of my hair. And although Lisa responded to this" SmartStyle Hair Salon (Owner) a month ago Thank you for reaching out to us to allow our district leader to address your concerns and schedule a time to fix your hair on Friday. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience but are thankful you reached out to resolve the issues." My hair still hasn't been corrected. As I was trying to explain to Lisa that not only was it bad service but it's a dirty and chaotic environment in this store. Lisa proceeded to tell me that she never comes out to this store because she's too busy with the stores in Albuquerque and with her personal life. No wonder why this store is seeing the way it is because it's obvious that management is too busy to pay attention and to correct the errors. Yes she did tell me to go into Albuquerque and get it done but I called her to let her know that my mother and my brother had passed away. But this was on her time it wasn't on my time that she wanted to get my hair corrected. But again my hair still hasn't been fixed. It's pretty disappointing that Lisa is the kind of manager to let Felisa get away with this kind of behavior for the store. I don't mean only my hair but obviously other people who have left reviews of the pork conduct."

"FELISA CASANOVA is a BAD hair stylist. I mentioned to her I don’t want my hair short then what it is..she proceeded to cutting it. She mentioned she been there for three weeks and claims she been cutting hair 10 years. I was nice until I felt how short she cut my hair. I told her you cut my hair short… and she proceeds to hair dry my hair. She kept pulling my hair and styling it saying you need to style it like this and I mentioned to her that she cut my hair too short and she said “So, what do want to do about it. It does not look bad. I will not do you dirty… you will get compliments how good it is. I promise.” She did me dirty and haven’t gotten a compliment since.. still waiting for the compliments."

"Booked an online appointment (because it’s an available option) then I was called and told I can’t be seen today because I booked online and online allows to “overbook the stylist” not only that but they stylist was rude. She talked to me as if I was stupid for scheduling online. She also had an attitude and said if we saw u today it will be an hour or 2 hours after your appointment time and we can’t do that because we have colors and perms. Why does it allow you to schedule online then? This person was rude ….and I’m betting wouldn’t have done a good job anyways. Save your money and go some place else."

"I think it’s great everyone had such a great experience with Sam because mine was the opposite. I cut about 10 inches off to better manage it and I couldn’t figure out why my hair was now harder to style than it was before. One day I straitened it and was shocked and the different lengths of my hair that I couldn’t see before. My hair was longer in the front shorter in the back. And I never asked for that. It’s a disaster and now I have to wait for it to grow out some before even correcting it. Not at all pleased with this haircut!"
