"Called to set appt while in town visiting. Asked for Monday or Tuesday. They set appt for Wednesday @ 10 am I told him had to be on flight in El paso later that day. He said ok. Then I called at 10 am to make sure we were good to go he said had to reschedule me to the following week as he did not realize he double booked me and had to leave early."

"Didn’t get the haircut I wanted because the person said it wouldn’t be that good because I have thick hair not thin hair. Won’t be going back. I also said I didn’t want to put my hair in a ponytail and I still have to put my hair in a ponytail which I do not like.. they also said I would look like a mushroom. The reason I wanted the haircut what I wanted to so I wouldn’t have to put it up in a ponytail. Thanks a lot."
