"Took my son on a Saturday morning, first thing. We waited in line 45 minutes before they opened. I waited for him 90 minutes after they opened. They were busy. Usually, I am happy with the men barber's work.The last 2 times, he had a woman, and I was NOT satisfied with the cut. This last time, I was upset that we waited a total of 2hrs and 15 minutes for a look that was mediocre. My son said she didn't listen to him. I hope to change this rating to 5 starts in the future.
