"Got my toes and my eyebrows done and since they switched management the workers have gotten very lazy!! Shaving your eyebrows and only coating your toes 2 times! I asked for black and walked out with the color grey! Not coming back!"

"I allowed Penny to paint and put a design on my natural nails and and this is the outcome! They are ugly. These are not almond Shape! She rushed, and the design was sloppy!!!! This is Horrible Work!!!!!. I spent $42 to get natural nails painted with a sloppy design! I always had recommendations for Penny, but this is was awful service!"

"They decided to take a family of 5 (walk-in) ahead of me causing me to not have enough time to get my nails done. I waited almost an hour to still have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I drove 90-miles to get my nails done, but they decided to preference a whyte family over others waiting. The place has poor ventilation, they are rude, and are unwilling to offer wait times because they know people will leave. This used ** to be a good salon. Don't waste your time or money."

"Ask for white tips with pink powder, ended up getting clear tip with glitter pink powder. She just ended up painting white on it. Looks horrible. White nail polish all over my fingers. Cuticle oil dried up my skin and looks like acrylic has been sitting inside of it as well. Had to use lotion right after and peel off whatever was inside the cuticle oil. Lady rushed the whole process. 15 mins tops. Will definitely go somewhere else next time. Im pretty sure my nails will break off in a few days."
