"Very Unprofessional. Percila was my barber and she pulled and tugged on my hair when I was getting a haircut and not once did she apologize. Had a major headache when I left the store. Not only that the other lady judged my eye brows the whole time she was waxing them, it was definitely an uncomfortable place to get pampered. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE"

"Rude stylists... We got no greeting of any type they rolled there eyes at us and avoided to acknowledge we were there for a haircut. Do not go here especially with toddlers. We waited patiently and when it came to our turn she decided," I'm going to take a break ". Never coming back here we'll take our business elsewhere."

"Very unprofessional and don't know anything about customer service. I'm a 100% retired disabled veteran and the audacity of the lady to try and school me on military haircuts just because her son is in the army at the moment. She continued to argue with me on military cuts and I explained to her that she didn't serve so she doesn't know regulations. Her sons preference is not the military regulation but it does fall within the standards of a military cut. She then told me she didn't want to argue with me and she could stop cutting my hair right then and there after shaving some hair off the back of my head. I left right then and there walking around Walmart to get necessities with a jacked up haircut. I strongly DO NOT recommend this place for anyone."

"I usually don’t go to smartstyle here, and today I reminded why. I missed my normal barber for the day so I went to smartstyle. Upon arriving I checked-in and waited. After 45 minutes of waiting next to the register, because the chairs were taken, one of the ladies tells me to “sit in the seats or I could be skipped”, to which I said “I think I already have been.” They ignored me. At this point I had been skipped by 2 other customers. When I asked 1 lady how much longer the wait was, she rudely said I have to wait for the other lady. Needless to say, I left without a haircut. My first question is WHY DID I SIGN IN WITH MY NAME AND NUMBER IF THEY ARE JUST GONNA SKIP ME FOR NOT SITTING IN A SEAT?? Shouldn’t they have called my name? I was literally standing next to the register. My second question is HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TAKE A SEAT IF THEY ARE ALREADY TAKEN?? Was I supposed to sit on someone’s lap?? Third question, ARE THESE PEOPLE TRAINED AT ALL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE? They seemed to not care at all about me. Never going back and telling all to do the same."
