"This place is terrible! I would give it 0 stars if I could! The pharmacy manager farnush it the most wicked and unprofessional person I have every experienced. I feel terrible for her poor staff. When she is not barking at them and standing around texting, or making fun of customers, she seems to enjoy to yell, bourride, and humite her staff. No wonder the techs are always so sour faced. last week I went to pickup my medication and after standing in line for 30 minutes, I then had to stand uncomfortably at the counseling window as she yelled at her tech right in front of me until the poor girl cried. And still I was made to wait an additional 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. They do not care about customer service at all!"

"I have been using Costco on Renaissance' pharmacy for many years. The front desk staff is very friendly. The pharmacists are friendly, assessable, and knowledgeable. They help me find non-prescription drugs in the aisles when asked. Of course, there is the excellent pricing. You can use the pharmacy even if you are not a Costco member. I highly recommend them."

"I love Costco, the pharmacy cashier Michelle, not so much. I stood within her view for 7 minutes and she didn't acknowledge me. One of the pharmacist kept looking at her as if to alert her to my existence until, they finally spoke up and asked her to help me. There were no other customers that she was attending. When she finally did acknowledge me she was not polite at all. I was irritated yet I was still friendly, she wouldn't even smile. When I had to return to get my Costco card as she didn't give it to me when she returned my ID she acted like I did something wrong, as if I could've reached behind the counter to retrieve it myself. She didn't engage at all. As soon as I left she was very nice to other customers. I believe in good costumer service for every customer. I felt as if I wasn't in the right financial bracket for her to be courteous. I hate to think it was a race thing. Not sure what else it could've been."
