"It's hit or miss in terms of who is providing good customer service - some folks are nice but there is an issue in regards to an rx. Some folks will say they didn't receive an order. And if you pick up your meds, half the time there are medications missing. Had to wait ANOTHER hour because the two meds filled by the same doctor, only one they decided to bother completing. Hours and service are not the best but inconsistent on the rx - that's a major issue."

"Made an appointment for my covid, flu and shingles vaccine today scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Checked in at 5:50 p.m. and took a seat. At 6:15 I asked how much longer it would take and let the person at the window know that I needed to go to the bathroom. When I returned (3 minutes later) I listened while the two people working in the pharmacy complain that no one wanted to work overtime. When I asked again how much longer it would take, I was told that it took them time to get my vaccines ready and that when she was ready, I had left to the bathroom. Mindy (or Mandy) the manager there began to chew me out and told me that I needed to go somewhere else because she didn't feel comfortable giving someone irate their vaccines. I waited 40 minutes, I never raised my voice or made a scene - the only thing I asked these people is how much longer will it be?? This pharmacy sends an email confirmation when you set up an appointment and, in that confirmation, it states that they will charge you a $20 fee if your late or don't show. How about the pharmacy piddling around, upset that they're working late and wasting my time? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Especially from a Manager. You get a NO GO here, especially in light of the fact that these viruses are starting to get out of control again and because you're in a bad mood, you refuse service. Maybe you should rethink your profession and not work in health care. People don't want to work with an immature, unprofessional manager who has no clue what Customer Servic"

"Great pharmacy esp the lead Pharmacist. However my issues stem around their refills. The online portal has been broken for at least a year now. Probably longer. It shows refill in progress, however it will never get filled and drop off. So here you go thinking its done bc the online said it would be ready by tomorrow. come to find out it never went in. Extremely unprofessional. If you say you are going to do something I expect it to be done.If i need to start taking screenshots of this then i surely will"
