"They used to be great, but now I find that I go back and forth a lot. For example, I got an automated message saying that my prescriptions were ready. I went and some were on order. It is a hassle for me to go to the pharmacy in the first place. It is more of a hassle when they says are ready, when they are not. "Oh just come back tomorrow." Well, I wish I could charge them for gas and time of their inconveniences. After considering the hassle of being told something is ready, driving 15 miles out of my way, and then finding out that I have yet again to go back, I am given them 1 star instead of 3."
