"Recently this company was purchased by CoverCare. Very rude staff. Customer service rep constantly interrupted me on the phone. Her manager called me later and constantly interrupted me while I was trying to get clarification and ask questions. She would interrupt and blurt out answers half way thru me asking questions. This company wants you to pre-pay for service calls, UPFRONT, but they are unwilling to tell you how much without actually going onsite. They DO NOT have a secure way to get credit card payment details, other than over the phone, or as the rep said "You can EMAIL me your credit card information" . SO NOT PCI compliant!! Not customer service focused. As the manager said "This is how we operate in 25 different markets, take it or leave it". STAY AWAY, DON"T USE THEM"

"Extremely RUDE service, expensive, and hard to work with. Called today to fix our pool cover. When the person on the phone figured out that we went with a different company for our last pool cover replacement (we used Mossman to replace our cover before the previous one), she said that we should call the other company to service our cover. After I replied, I didn't know that you only service pool covers that you installed. She said they prefer to service their own covers and RELUCTANTLY scheduled a time to come out and fix our cover. We then called Roybal Pool Covers and got an appointment two days earlier at $100 less and the NICE person on the phone said that they will leave instructions on how we can fix the problem ourselves next time. Now that's service that I will spend my $$ on."
