"I’m a former associate manager. We were offered the wallet on our phone but none of the associates know how to use it during point of sale. Why offer wallet when can’t be used at local JCP or do associates need training? Also retired associate discount dropped off app a couple months ago. My information didn’t change. Customer service wasn’t helpful. Couldn’t answer questions."

"Needed to return/exchange a watch. Ended up waiting for over an hour. Maybe I was ignored because I was returning a watch. But I had ever intention on buying multiple others in its place. Now not so much. Was never greeted or told anything. Was never offered assistance. Someone (after thirty minutes) then said we’ll be right with you then proceeded to help multiple people who didn’t even buy anything and came after me. One lady was talking and laughing in Spanish to two customers about family and nonsense. Seemingly wasting time. Not providing good customer service to me or even the others that showed up after I got here. Would have been nice to be checked on or updated as to any process or wait but wasn’t. Multiple employees just pretty much ignored me. I usually buy multiple watches and high end jewelry here and will be taking my business elsewhere from not on. Horrible experience. Do not recommend coming here."

"Horrible experience. Shirly the cashier and Nicole the manager are the worst in terms of customer experience. We saw a special for buying a pair of shoes and getting one free. Some had the pink sticker and there were other boxes with the exact same shoe that didn't. Was told by a manager in the shoe department that they were under the same special. She said just tell them I'm a manager and it should be valid. The other manager Nicole basically called me a liar even after i even described the other manager. I always shop here because of the deals and this really left a very sour taste in my mouth. She could've done right by the customer. Won't be shopping here for a while."

"Love the clothes that they have over here at Kohl's! They are good quality and the prices are pretty good. I love their candles as well. The store as I go One stop shop for gift-giving or Christmas shopping! Update 1/18/2024 I bought a very nice winter jacket from the brand St John's Bay that was regular $250 for $125. All their jackets were either 50 or 40% off. The only thing is they did not have a lot of sizes in the jackets, and this is just a pet peeve of mine, but they had the wrong size on the wrong hangers. They would have a size small jacket on an extra large hanger or medium hanger, so you're thinking they have the size that you're looking for, but they just put them on any hanger, it seems. But that's just me, in my opinion. My mom got these cute angle boots for $30 that my sister had recommended she said they were very comfortable. I do not know the brand of the boots, but they were having sales on a lot of stuff. If they had a pink sticker or tag on anything, they were on sale, the nice employee said."
