"I called Lee Sure 3 weeks ago to get my pool closed. I was told I would receive an invoice and schedule by the end of the week, crickets for the entire week! After not receiving anything I called back the next week and was told the exact same thing, I also emailed the head of service but received no reply. I then called again today, 3rd week in a row, and was told I was on a list of over 180 and I should receive an invoice before the end of the week. No one ever told me I was on a wait list when I fist called 3 weeks ago. Once I pay the invoice then and only then will I get put on the schedule to have my pool closed. I was told all services must be paid for before scheduling. Name another business or industry which has you pay prior to services being completed? Poor customer service, poor organizational communication, poor ownership of responsibilities. Overall rating of Poor. Do not use unless you want to hold your breath and sit waiting in hopes someone will call or email you."
