"I should have read the reviews first. The reviews say it all. I called and emailed on multiple occasions with no correct answer. I didn't take the insurance test to get licensed, so you would think they would educate their customers. Val Muldez was Cc'd on emails from her own staff and she never contacted me to see how the issue could be resolved. Instead, I felt like she sat behind her desk eating popcorn reading our emails watching us go back and forth. Very unprofessional staff from beginning to end. The 5 stars Val has for her business is from her staff, family and friends. JOKE"
