I canceled the insurance because I sold the building. Why use an insurance agent??? I don't use a travel agent! They just get in the way and end up costing you more money. Call the insurance company directly. I had to do that anyway once Rob stopped caring. Commercial West Insurance Agency-a big waste of time."
