"IF YOU ARE LOOKI G TO PURCHASE INSURANCE STAY AWAY FROM DANIELS INSURANCE CO!!! A branch fell on my vehicle at the office of Academy Orthopedics causing damage to my hood, windshield, front bumper/grill and passenger front fenders. Damages were at $4600.00. I attempted several times to get the insurance company information from the Dr. Grace office to file a claim. Dr. Grace office manager called me and asked me to take my car to xpress dent repair and he would pay cost out of pocket. I advised that I wanted to file a claim through their insurance. After several requests they provided the information to Daniel's insurance. Today they denied my claim stating the tree was healthy and they are not responsible for the damage. I called and filed a claim with my insurance carrier, which they notified me immediately that I can take my vehicle to any repair company of my choosing and responsible for my deductible. Here is the kicker I have to pay my deductible and rent a vehicle at my expense-all out of pocket!!! This insurance company has rude individuals working there and the adjuster from another state is a whole other issue. Thank goodness for social media to get the word out and warn people to stay far away feom this company."

"Agent Brad Caress was very rude as I was not his customer is what he said. He accused me of not carrying my own insurance when I am a licensed agent that has always carried insurance. He was very rude and would not give me the 1-800 number to file a claim against one of his customers. He said I don’t have to give you anything and hung up on me. As an insurance agent we never treat anybody that way whether they are our customers or not. Don’t recommend this agency at all."
