"I called to pay for my two acres, they told me a different price, they where ignoring my ernest money, the secretary responded to my question; “ernest money is ernest money” i knew immediately that i was speaking to someone with no knowledge of the process. But it got worse from there, they sent me the warranty deed in the mail with a bunch of other papers, the papers said it was my responsibility to ensure tax records where under my name with instructions on how to do it, i called the county tax assessor & turns out they did it for me so they made me waste my time once again unnecessarily"

"If I could give a zero I would. Extremely unprofessional would be lucky if they get back to you. Once you close you will never here from them again you can call they will give you another number to call leave messages with whoever they will never return your phone call. Closed on my refinance they were supposed to pay my taxes haven't paid tried to call who knows how many times no response my taxes are due very soon and they could care less."
"I have been in business for over 30 years and I have been dealing with Stewart title for most of that and in particular Sandra Johnson, they have always taken care of my closings and I have no complaints, sure not every deal is as smooth as you like but that's not usual the fault of the title company. I would recommend them to anyone."
"I'm very unhappy with the service they provided, mainly because I feel cheated and lied to. I was informed that they would take care of the sellers utility charges for the water bill, sure I can see you paid some of the water bill but what about the other $40 left over that were still delinquent, thanks for leaving me with delinquent fees. Other than that just your typical basic non-impressive service here. I'd recommend looking somewhere else."
