"Very friendly and professional agents at the local office. She Helped with answering all questions and other needs I was in for. Olivia was awesome.. on the other hand. Dealing with their claims department is a whole different story. It took 3 days to get a claim #, was supposed to be called from the adjustor within 48hrs, its been over a week and still no call, called back to get a supervisor # and left message with no callback, I talked to a few body shops and when I told them who I had the claim against they just shook their heads and said they are absolutely not good at payouts or anything.. I looked up their reviews and they are the worst insurance company you can choose. They have 65% of 1 star and about 10% of 5 stars. I need to call the girl that hit me and tell her to run as fast as she can from this company"

"Walked in while waiting for a friend and am always looking for the best deal. The employees are patient, helpful and have a say then do reputation. Great follow up, great attitude and a price to match. I had a pretty low monthly but now I have more coverage and their price is still a little lower than what my guy of 8 yrs. was charging me. "I had a car accident on March 31, 2023 and was told that I wouldn't be charged for the month because I paid a Month ahead. When I did go in they only gave me a $20 credit because they said I would need to go in and close the account of my car for insurance.. however this is 06/13/2023 and still don't have the Loan paid from the insurance so I have paid for 3 Months of car payments because they are slacking on the job.."
