"As a customer they over price for cheap furniture. They are not reliable and they don't respect the workers. Poor workers getting cussed at from the short little old man. He has a temper on his shoulders. Becareful with purchasing during tax season. They did even return my deep freezer and said it was my problem. No respect for customers or workers"

"I ordered a table and chair set, over a month ago, still no table and chair set. Mike told me to be patient it will be here, sometimes it takes five months. Today, I told him I want my money back. I got no response. This is not good customer service. A good trustworthy business would be transparent and offer you your money back or make sure to give you what you paid for. I am livid to say the least. Mike just give your customers their money or their furniture. Do the right thing!!!!!!"
