"I have to say the food is pretty good however, the service in this one leaves something to be desired. We had a party of eight, we didn’t see our waitress halfway through the dinner or the rest of the night. Half of the table got their meals first and the other half of the table. Got their meals after ours were done. The timing was not good. They didn’t ask us if we wanted any coffee or dessert or any more drinks they never came back except to deliver the bill. They never cleared our dishes away when we finished and never asked us how we liked everything. It’s so frustrating when you recommend a place to all your friends."
"This was the worst experience of a gardunos I've ever had first off the orders were so small like a quarter of the size of what you would get at the gaardunos on the west side. the salsa is all watered down and wouldn't even stay on a chip the calavacitas was straight onions that they used for there Fajitas. mini sopapillas, The blue coconut margaritas are not the same not even the same color I will never come here again and never recommend this restaurant I see them going under in a matter of months There were only 4 other tables in the whole restaurant Pretty much empty if that don't go to show you. SADIES is way better !!!"
"The food is New Mexican style. Filled with flavor, but not too spicy. This restaurant is located in the hotel, so the spiciness is catered to a palette that is not accustomed to hot chile."
"Gardunios in Nativo hotel My review for the new Gardunios restaurant. Mind you their third restaurant opening up in Albuquerque, NM….. Here we go, so staff shortage was an issue. Staff in training was subpar. Just getting two waters was an epic wait. Contemplating the menu noticed their green chili cheese burger with their picture in the menu, looking super succulent and appealing. As we waited, around 20 minutes for the water/waitress, they have now taken our order. The drinks that we ordered were subpar did not taste like there was any alcohol in their margaritas(not strong). As soon as they brought the food to us the impression on the menus picture and what we got was nothing in comparison. The green chili cheese burger from what it looked like was barley coated in canned diced green chili with a American cheese slice right on top which seemed to hide the what they call green chili (so sad). But there is a positive outcome to this review the fries that came with the burger were the best part of the meal and the host that sat us was the true MVP of the night for us he alone did a better job than the waitress that was supposedly was serving us. This was not a good representation of how good New Mexican food can be. Definitely bummed out on our experience."
"It was not a good experience or worth it's price. The food was generally bland, and in terms of the rice and sopapillas undercooked. The portions run small except for the the margaritas. Those are large and taste great."
