"We pay a premium price for membership and in exchange get some of the worst customer service. Their food court members cannot provide the basic customer service that is required. We have received poor service before, and this time I waited an hour for a pizza that they never made. Yes, just $10, but after this repeated service I'd rather pay twice or three times that amount somewhere else that can provide me a basic pizza. If you're gonna charge a premium membership price, it's time to provide premium customer service."

"The lady selling the membership was aweful. She was so demanding rude and had no skill in sales. She was taking advantage of all the elders coming in trying to upsell them on the membership after hearing no no no no she was getting angry and kept asking why not? It was tough witnessing. I made my partner get the membership and she told him there can only be one card given and was very hateful to me for correcting her. We then found our our membership included 2 cards"

"I'm always happy with the food here. The lines are astronomically long sometimes but that doesn't stop any other good, high value cafe from having lines either. Everything is always consistent, hot and fresh right out of their respective areas. The only thing that's ever needing improvement is that the ice dispenser and fountain machine are also sometimes "mobbed" and they can't keep up with the upkeep of the area but that's because they are working non-stop. No points deducted at all. If it paid enough I'd work in that kitchen it looks fun and orderly; but I'm not quitting my day job. I like making beer better."

"Honestly all of the food at the Costco Food Court, at least ours here on Coors Bypass, is worth so much more than what you pay for it. The hotdogs are great, the pizza is always fresh because of demand, and a whole 18" pie for $10 is incredible. The chicken bake is a mythical Costco legend, the soft serve is my personal favorite even dwarfing DQ, and they're always SUPER fast! Only downside is you do "need" a membership to get in and order, or know someone else who does!"
