"I'm always on the hunt for good Gluten Free pancakes, and my friends, who live locally, brought me here, for lunch. I had the Gluten Not Flapjacks, with rice flour, millet, flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, topped with almonds and cranberries. They were delicious, with great texture. The service is very attentive, very friendly and they also had gluten free blueberry scones - bonus!"

"We were in Albuquerque and visited one of the several Flying Star Cafes. We ordered the Mexican latte and huevos rancheros with green chile. The food was fast and delicious. The restaurant has a laid-back atmosphere. They have plenty of parking, and there was no wait to order or sit down."

"This was the cutest quaintest cafe ever. I got the watermelon cider and the chicken cous cous risotto. It was the perfect size for dinner and super flavorful. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the atmosphere was full of people eating, working, socializing and even studying. Great for a quick bite. I wish I could’ve tried more food."
