"On a roadtrip we discovered this restaurant! What a treat to see a thriving Black owned restaurant! The service from start to end was excellent! I love that they hire young and all the employees stepped up to fill in( noticed they were short staffed) with no hesitation! This let me know they are valued and know it. We ordered multiple items and each one made with LOVE! To top it off I think they’re from New Orleans! ( a city that welcomed my child during her college years). I definitely recommend to all travelers, new residents & anyone wanting food made with Love! We even had to get a souvenir Mason jar."

"Was visiting and Frank's was recommending to me and it didn't disappoint. The waffles were fluffy and I love the cinnamon butter they serve with it. The chicken was well seasoned and the shrimp and grits were good with a huge portion."

"O-M-G!!!!! The food was THE BEST!!!! The Pecan and Bacon sauce that goes on the waffle is unlike anything I’ve ever had!!! So good!!! And the chicken was good too (esp with that sauce). The tables are were than spacious from each other, and the server was so nice!!! I can’t wait to go back! Edit: I ended up going back 2 more times for a chicken wing dinner and fish. Rose were great too!"

"This is a review of the food truck. There is no system to notify you when your food is ready. Went back 3 times and then waited. Food was cold. Cheese fries... Cheese didn't melt. Chicken tenders were cold to Luke warm after being told that my order was next after waiting outside for it to be finished. Hoping my chicken tastes better tomorrow when I can warm it up. Would not recommend. Highly disappointed!"

"The place is small with a great atmosphere. Outdoor patio added for more space. The music was eclectic and fun. Staff was amazing. Prices weren't too high although my hubs did not appreciate the 2$ charge for water. The only reason I rated it four instead of five stars is the waffles weren't crisp. They were soft like pancakes. I got the bacon pecan waffles and the caramel sauce was delicious. Regular waffles and chicken tenders were good as well. A side of fried pickles that 2out of 3 of us agreed were excellent. The chicken tenders were very crunchy yet still moist on the inside. I'd really like to try the grits next time. And I can imagine how amazing the wings are. All in all worth the stop and experience!"
