"*Chose Mid·Afternoon Friday visit on the acct of the very long wait times for supper. *Cottonwood location is convenient w/ample parking. *~10 minute wait for seating which was Great. *The atmosphere was okay, & the music was not too loud this time. *We had the privilege of being seated in the bar area, & right under the Buffalo Head arrayed with Falling Dust & Dander just as Garlands & Snow flakes on a Christmas tree. *Service was better, yet still sub par slow. No smiles, eye contact, or small talk, except for the ~1 minute hostess walk to our seat. *We Did receive a basket of bread. The drink service was Slow, & Without refill service. Our waitress disappeared, & spent ~8 minutes Total at our table service. Meat was very undercooked again, but was finally put it back on the grill after I was able to wave the waitress down, which sufficed us for a few bites. *FYI– This was a long overdue Revisit from an Anniversary Dinner Visit Many Years ago that was absolute catastrophic, Everything that could go Wrong DID, including our waiter leaving without notice so we were forgotten about multiple times, wrong/no drinks refills, or appetizer, & finally Cold Meat! *Yes the manager was very professional, apologetic, & offered to comp as well as . . .But it took us Years to Finally agree to visit again on acct of the bad services. So we did approach it as a New customer Visit without any bias or reservations. ★All in all, we will stick with Longhorn Steakhouse!!"

"Me and my wife were first timers to visit Texas Roadhouse while visiting ABQ. Let me start with a bread starter: It just melts as soon as you take a bite. It will be refilled if your food is not ready yet. BBQ Chicken was very soft and tasted very good. Wife liked steak. Online has an option to get in line if the wait line is long."

"Had the Texas 2 step and was very good! The onion blossom was exceptionally good and fresh. Updated review .....had not been in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the staff being prompt and attentive. Very courteous during a very busy night. The service/server was fantastic.....the appetizer and entrees were delivered timely and hot. Everyone was very happy with the food and service. The rolls go without mention as they were fantabulous as ALWAYS!!! VERY pleasant experience and will definitely be back sooner."
