The Local Brewhouse

"I do not recommend this place. We arrived and ordered drinks and food. The waitress took our order and then told us food and drinks would be out shortly. We received our drinks and waited over 15 minutes for food. The waitress then proceeds to tell us that the kitchen is closed and that they won’t be able to serve our food. This was extremely unprofessional and such a waste of our time. I don’t know if this was a lack of communication between servers and kitchen or why the waitress even took our order in the first place. We ended up having to leave without food and no apology for such a big miscommunication. This place obviously does not value the time of customers and communication between staff is not great."

"We ordered the Southern BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with Green Chile Cheese Fries and Fish and Chips. Everything was delicious. Lindsey was an excellent server."

"I have been coming here since they reopened under this name. They used to have excellent service and good food. Then Covid hit. Since Covid the new staff is slow, uncaring, and the food is mediocre at best. I only come here to drink now. The food is still that bad. The service is still bad, but at least I still have the beautiful view of the sandias from the patio while I wait 10 minutes for my drink. I see they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays now which makes sense. Bad service and food means less customers"

"Sports bar and grill. Went there to watch Chiefs game while in town on Thursday night. This is a Chiefs Bar! Good was good and cheap. In house brewed Beer is good. Fish and Chips amazing and cheap. Lots of TVs. Service was good for how busy it was and very friendly. Food came out quick!"

"Thought Mom would want to try something different without going too far. She was craving a nice juicy burger so, we tried The Local Brewhouse. Her burger was not juicy and she was disappointed with the flavor. Not a Happy Mother's Day meal for her. My husband was OK with his burger, but not thrilled. His bacon was only half cooked and half raw. My chicken Philly was sort of puny. They hardly put any filling in that big ole Hoagie Roll. I chose not to eat all that bread, and ended up with 5 (yes, five) bites of filling. Those bites were almost all on one half of the sandwich. I actually think that the Chicken Philly at Jersey Mike's is better than the Local Brewhouse. The fries were good."
