We were fine waiting but after being told repeatedly that she wouldn’t take our order or talk to us for a half hour we took the hint and left."

I've been 3 times in the last 2 weeks with various people and she has never once been anything close to friendly, let alone basic customer service level of nice. I keep coming back because of the lack of options for food near KAEG and that the food is actually really good but her negative attitude all the time is wearing on me. First trip I was by myself, second trip I waited at the table while someone else ordered, 3rd trip I arrived after my friend ordered. On the third trip my friend complained to me about her attitude prior to my arrival. This third trip she refused to bring the food to the table, just tossed the burritos on the counter without saying a word."
