Whataburger

"I'm a huge fan of Whataburger. However, I was let down again. I'm not sure what's happening with the service. My wife went through the drive-thru to grab us dinner. Ordered a #2 (double cheeseburger) with cheese, no onions. As soon as I start eating, I smell the onions. Okay, whatever, it won't kill me. Half way through, I taste green chile. I do not like green chile. Good thing I'm not Gordon Ramsey. On the brighter side, the chocolate shake was amazing, as usual."

"First time to whataburger. It was pretty good. We liked the burgers and shakes. The staff were friendly but it took a bit to get some assistance at the front. For fast food, it’s a little expensive but the burgers are actually decently sized."

"11-15-2023 - NEWEST UPDATE - STILL THE SAME GROUP OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE FROM THE MANAGER DOWN!!! I KEEP GIVING THEM A CHANCE - OVER 50% OF THE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG - THE MANAGERS STILL DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED. THE MANAGER TONIGHT SAID " THERE ARE OTHER WHATABURGERS - TRY ON OF THEM TO GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT". - REALLY!!!! THIS IS A PERSON THEY PUT IN MANAGEMENT - NO WONDER THEY ARE ROTTEN. SO GLAD THAT IN AND OUT IS COMING SOON - GOODBYE WHATABURER AND BLAKES - YOU GUYS ALL SUCK EGGS. This has to be the best example of how to go out of business. Cold food, wrong food, no service, and all the employees stand around on their phone doing nothing!! This has to be the best example to date - supposed to have just ketchup and plain as the stickers on the wrapper state - but look at the burger I was given. When we took it back, the manager, Bella said sorry, you ordered online so we cannot replace or refund it. WOW!!!!"

"Very Nice Whataberger Location - One Of The Best In The Area - Very Clean - Fully Staffed - Space Is Great For Infoor Dining With Lots Of Room And Seating Options - Modern And Classic - Fully Stocked Drink Stations - Plenty Of Sauce And Condiment Options - Designated Pick Up Atation And Curbside. Parking Lot Great For Elderly With Easy Door Access."

"First visit: still only the drive-thru was open. (Dining area & curbside will open soon.) The line moved quickly and, since I was in the outside lane, a person was waiting to take my payment. The same person brought the order out when it was ready. It all took about 5 minutes. The food was hot, fresh & tasty - just as expected. We’ll be back frequently! Update: decided to eat in the dining area. It took awhile to get the food… the buns were kind of hard & wasn’t exactly hot."
