"Rachel the manager was so RUDE! She told us to be quiet when we were cheering at the bar! We asked her if she had any complaints about us being loud and she said no. We are regulars and Love this Bar"
"We ordered online and did curbside. We did park in the designated parking. My order said it will be ready by 5:05. We were there at 5:05. No one ever came out to assist us, so I went inside and stood by the register for curbside. As I'm standing there no one ever came to acknowledge me. I stood another 5 min. Finally a girl comes and asks if I have been helped. She got my name and said she was gonna go check on my order and says it's gonna be another 5 min????? Really, it's already past the time. She goes to the back and than she comes back up to the bar and just continues to talk to the others at the bar. Another guy comes later and he gets my money, he than tells me my order is ready and gets it from the shelf. My ORDER WAS READY THE ENTIRE time! Waiting an extra 25 min. Horrible customer service¡ We get home and our food is COLD, the Rice is hard. My experience here has me so upset. I just spent 60.00 and could of went somewhere else and had a better experience."
"I went here after the emergency room and met a really cool waitress. Even though it was 30 minutes to closing, she didn't rush my order nor my ticket. I am so thankful and plan on returning soon!"
