"Clean store overall. However beware of the Native American cashier!! I had bought some kitchen ware and come to figure it was different than I thought. I went down to return it and was told “I CANT ACCEPT THAT BECAUSE ITS OPEN” I had let her know that everything that came inside the box was put back inside. I just had an idea of it being different from what I saw on the box’s picture. I had read the policy before hand and it stated as long as everything was inside the box it was refundable. She had again stated “I KNOW, BUT ITS BEEN OPEN SO I CANT RETURN IT” it felt frustrating cause she was going against the company policy. I grabbed my stuff and ran to the dollar general on Highway 64 to see if I can return it there. The nice associate there said that it is refundable, but that it had to be the original store. Went back to this store on wildflower and had told her what the other associate had told me. She rudely told me that she’ll give me back store credit and that she isn’t able to sell it anymore cause it’s open and Rudely threw it into a box right in front of me."
"Two girls that were working the morning shift on 9/29/2021 spoke to me very rudely about their online service pick up. Instead of letting me know nicely, they proceeded to be rude. Never had a problem with this store till now."
"I went to this a while ago and payed for my things such as ruffles, Ritz family pack, a pack of Sprites, kisses with almonds, and 3 m&ms but I did not receive my kisses and 3 m&m packs but I am guessing I just forgot them."
"I would have put five stars but the entrance is kind of narrow and it bumps when you come in off the road and it raises about a foot. So if you come in and you don't have anything tie-down it will definitely move. Clerk was knowledgeable friendly courteous"
"We go in to DG every day looking busted af and get treated so politely ,every time. Especially by the Anglo lady with the glasses and the brown guy with the beautiful hair in a ponytail. The store is always so clean and organized. I really appreciate the attention they pay to their customers."
