"If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me l start by saying that I was very nice to Dwayne the very first day I met him. He offered to allow me to take the carpet my mother paid for and install it myself to avoid paying the install fee. Dont get me wrong, I should have taken the carpet right then and there. But i put trust in this man and his company to hold off until i had a car to do so. Now, because someone who is not related to me whatsoever called on my behalf and made him and his wife upset, they decided to back peddle and tell me that was not the case anymore. Dwayne has now threatened me word for word he was “going to make it hard for me to get my carpet” and is now forcing me to pay the install or I am out of luck and also threatened legal action on me. I suggest to never give your money to this business since he seems to run it on emotion and not intelligence."
