"Website says it opens at 8am. We arrived at 8:30. This is the second time it wasn't open. The sign says it opens at 9. We waited for over 1 1/2 hours.....crazy that we waited. The Pepsi delivery truck showed up too. We all waited. We wanted to see how long it was going to take. I counted 12 vehicles came, saw and left. Thank goodness that the 10 am gentleman showed up for his shift."
"My husband and I were delighted to see a Family Dollar store going in, in Ramah. If we only needed a few items, it was an easy trip to town to get them, otherwise we'd have to go all the way to Gallup or, Grants......or, Halona Plaza in Zuni. There was never a problem with the employees. True, it isn't a fully stocked store but, if you only need the basics, you can get them."
"It's 9:40 store hours say closes at 10:00. The manager is too lazy to open a cabinet so she refused to sell me cigarettes due to closing time. That's a social kind of lazy. I gotta drive 30 miles to the next store. Never again."
"Customer service sucked! The native guy working was rude. He was yelling at my kids & he followed me around the store telling me to hurry cuz they were closing. Very disrespectful. Don't think I'll be going back soon to shop. I will also be speaking to management about it. I didn't get everything I needed due to him telling me to hurry, he didn't give me my discount for the items on sale also. I'm taking receipts back for my discount plus speak to the manager. Other employees there are alot nicer"
