"Came in needing a watch battery and possible suggestions on a band fix. Guy was rude and not at all willing to have a discussion, just told me to get a different band. The battery was $10 with the time set and that's the reason it's a 3-Star instead of a 1. Don't bother with the rest of it, it's ridiculously overpriced (including the vintage stuff that's garbage.)"

"Walked into the store, was greeted with a 'how can I help you today' and asked what I needed. I had a link in my watch that needed repair... ...5 minutes & $10 later, I was out the door. Great customer service and quick quality repair."

"They are the worst employees I have ever dealt with. Take people's jewelry and replace it with someone else's. Pretty sad when the jewelry was very sentimental to the owner. The staff was rude and talked down to us the whole time. The company lawyer talked down to us to admitting they was racist and that we was trying to pull a scam which is not the case at all. We will find a way to settle this and we are warning people they are not honest, they are rude and disrespectful"

I wanted to share it with everyone. I originally was going to visit a jewelery store a short ways from this clock shop but it ended up being closed on Monday's. So I walked here and upon entering I was greeted immediately by Ron. I had explained to him a needed my vintage necklace repaired that I love dearly. His repairman was out and he was not sure when he would be back. So he took it upon himself to assist me and repaired it. I was so delighted and will be able to wear it again! Then he was so kind as to take the time to show me the pocket watches and explain everything in detail on how they worked(which I'm pretty naive about). He made a wonderful suggestion on selecting one for my needs. I am extremely pleased! Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance Ron. I truly hope you enjoy working at The Clock Shop as it shows through your work ethic. I hope you get a raise for going above and beyond."

"We stopped by today for a battery change it is now $5.00. The shop is under construction, but is looking very nice. I still will bring my watches to these guys to be fixed, because they will take a bit more care of you than the local wally world. Also you have a chance to look at the partner store Presidential Pawn. Very nice items to buy plus they are very good with customer service. PS these guys buy gold and give you a good price on it. They are the go to for me for these services."
