"Male cashier didn’t put a cheap brand pine-sol with my purchases but still paid for it. Went back to see if they still had it but different cashier end up telling me there was none there & if I was sure if I had gotten it or misplace it on my way home. Lmao I use the basket to shop & put the items I had on the counter also after doing that I brought back the basket to the front rack. I’ve heard this kind of thing has happened to elders too. It’d may have been just $1.29 but that is just wrong lmjao"

"Elderly lady with grand kids was not assisted appropriately.The lady was confused with certain things and cashier did not assist in helping her locate money and credit card. A good samaritan had to help to get the line flowing."
