"So I recently met a guy on drugs his name is Trent and it's just mind blowing how a case worker whom I won't say the name from Catholic charities can somehow figure out living situation for this guy who does pills all day but when I reached out for help for me and my disabled daughter I was given phone numbers. No help. So this is why I stopped donating to the church I'm registered at!"

"They have an extremely rude and unprofessional individual answering the phone. I Called today requiring some information regarding immigration services and the lady who answered was completely rude and disrespectful. She treated me as I did not know what I was talking about. I felt belittled and uncomfortable. When I asked for her name she said it was Cesy. This organization really needs to put nicer and educated people on the phones. A lot of individuals seek these non profit organizations for assistance and having someone rude answer the phone really makes individuals shut down from asking for help. Very upsetting."

"There was a miscommunication with the time of an appointment. While I was waiting in the lobby, The receptionist made it her job to make me feel completely comfortable and making sure I got the help I needed. I finished my paperwork and asked all other type of questions to my lawyer. She was able to answer every single one and would give me notes on what to do. Great service and a happy costumer."

"I don't even want to give them 1 star. The lady on the phone was so rude. She has no respect. Very argumentive and wasted my time. They need new management because all I did was call and ask a few questions. She instantly said "mame we don't help if your not a part of....." she didn't even let me continue to talk! She needs some More Jesus in her life OH LORD !"
