Reviews
"Decent place to hang and enjoy a bite to eat. Pretty average pub style food menu and service. Probably the best wine based margaritas Ive had anywhere."
"The food was amazing. Tortilla chips were made fresh, and their salsa and guacamole were really good. Portion sizes were on the large side. I haven't seen glasses that size in a while. We had the Monte Cristo and the Tostadas, and both were very tasty and cooked to perfection. The service was amazing. The pub is clean and well maintained. They keep it quite dim in the dining room which would be great for a date. My son and I didn't mind; it made the experience calm and relaxed. Thank you to all the staff! Highly recommended."
"I've never had a worse experience at a restaurant in Gallup in my life. My children and I have been coming here for years, since they opened, actually. Not only did we have to wait almost an hour for our food, when it came out, it was burned. I had requested our check after the first 40 min and was prepared to pay for just our drinks, however was told our food was being plated. My children also observed the waitstaff just giggling, drinking, and eating behind the bar. There weren't many people there, but the table next to us hadn't even been greeted and another had to walk up to the bar to ask for service. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed they didn't have one on site. I asked for a phone number and the staff was extremely hesitant to provide me any information. The bartender later came to our table stating "your food looks perfectly fine to me" (see picture), called me rude, and completely negated our concerns. I was very taken aback and would highly suggest families spending their hard-earned money elsewhere."
"Route 66 bar. Fantastic loaded tots (red and green Chile!) But the burger was soso and the other main meals (tacos and another burger) my friend got was forgettable. One of the sides was deep fried pickles which were good. Worth a stop in, for a cold beer and those loaded tots or the fried pickles as an afternoon break."
"Fun little gem to visit. Make sure you have time as their food is freshly made and delicious. Staff is very nice and it has a very relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again."
