"I'm sorry, but the on call dentist never called. I called for my son who was in excruciating pain and was told the dentist would call me in an hour and if he didn't call I was to call back. I called back every hour for 3 hours and gave up after the 5th hour. It's the next day now and I still haven't gotten even a courtesy call from someone. I understand the dentist could have been with patients, but to not even get a call back. Good thing I was able to get my son in this morning at a different dentist. I was also told that they do not take my son's insurance, but I told them I didn't care I was willing to just pay for the service for him."
