"I have had several root canals from Dr. Savage over the years, and things have always gone well. I like and trust him. My personal dentist has great confidence in him, which is how I wound up in his office. He recently examined a problem tooth, and said he could work on it to save it, but the chance of success was extremely low. Rather than waste my time and money, he said it would be a a better choice for me to pursue extraction and an implant with the oral surgeon my dentist had recommended. He also charged me less than he could have for the consultation. BTW, I noticed that the same person, who'd never even met Dr. Savage, has left two one star reviews. I personally think that is tacky, and dishonest."

"RUN! Gloria evidently thinks she’s in charge. When I made a “courtesy call” to let them know I was running late (acceptable window of 15 minutes if pushing it but probably would’ve been there sooner). Gloria informed me that she had not made rescheduled appointment (first appointment canceled due to illness), and left it to my understanding she would not have. (During Covid, I take vomiting seriously and did not go for first appointment). If I wanted to be seen, she was canceling that day’s appointment and I would need to be seen at 7:30 am (file SHOULD be marked I can’t do mornings). Considering I was running late as my sister just informed her returned cancer is metastatic, some compassion would’ve been appreciated. If I had just shown up, late, for appointment, I would’ve been seen. Lesson? In times of trouble, don’t make courtesy calls to Dr. Savage’s office; just show up. I was Assistant Director of an 11-branch health care facility. Gloria would not be hired."

"Great staff overall, Dr. Savage explains things well and does a great job (I have had many root canals done over the years). They accommodate your needs if you are in pain. Would definitely recommend this office for root canal work."

In fact, it didn't even come after the root canal. Dr. Savage was gentle enough to cause almost zero post procedural trauma. I highly recommend this office!"
