"The work came out as expected and was actually painless. What was painful was, I received a bill for an additional $868 saying that insurance did not cover as much as they thought. An established company that deals with insurance companies daily, Delta Dental, should know what the actual charges will be. I did get a statement of charges prior to the treatment and paid $1907 and now they want an additional $868. Unbelievable that they would pull an over billing like this. It is up-charges, every other business tries to get away with it. I guess you can't trust the medical field including dentists. Very disappointing at the lack of professionalism."
