"I’m unable to comment on the food because the guy working the counter never took our order. We stood directly in front of him at the counter for several minutes while he talked on his cell phone and ignored us. It sounded like a personal call and he never greeted us or acknowledged us. We left and went to a restaurant that actually wants to serve their customers."

"Downgrading to a 2-star after most recent visit today. The portion sizes have become incredibly small. We got the BBQ slider plate which was maybe 3 tablespoons of brisket; 2 Hawaiian rolls, and a small serving of cole slaw. My husband looked at our plate which we paid $14+ for and said are you kidding? We work hard for our money. Prices have went up and serving sizes have went way down. This was our first visit here. The food was outstanding. We had the BBQ sandwich with brisket. There’s different BBQ sauces to choose from, nachos, great sides such as cole slaw, green chile mac and cheese, and things like that. They’re located inside Tin Can Alley. Super fun place! Kid friendly too."
"Great customer service. They go above and beyond. Thanks to the team. Hard working team and very attentive. Food and mainly meat is delicious. You must try the brisket. Mixed platter was perfect which I forgot to take photo of. Oops."
