"Truly a horrendous experience. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned. I was told from the start that I am unable to do that unless I get xrays and and dental examination, which I agreed to. The xrays were some of the most intrusive and uncomfortable that I have ever had, actually making me gag several times, which I have not done in the past. After all the screens, questions, and imaging, I was seen by the dentist and the hygienist. I was told that I would wait 15 longer for my treatment plan or someone would call me the next day, no matter what I wouldn't get my cleaning that day. I elected for the phone call. No one called about my plan, and after 3 days of waiting I called back. I was told that I would need a deep cleaning as I have periodontal disease, furthermore, that I would need to have the appointments split up into 2 sessions for insurance purposes. After confirming the appointments, I was called the day before and was told that I would need to change the times of both of the appointments. I agreed. I went to the first of two appointments to be told that this cleaning WITH insurance was going to cost just under $900, nothing of this amount was mentioned before. I declined and canceled my appointment, at which time I found out that the insurance and billing were entered incorrectly so it would be just over $800. I still declined. I then come home to see I have a bill of over $100 in the mail from my previous visits, however my insurance states they paid it off. Everything about Aspen Dental seems like a scam. Would never recommend."

"The staff were warm and inviting, they treated you like they were expecting you not like your presence was annoying them. Dr. Aurora is the absolute best he took his time with me he was very patient and he talked me through everything. Torrianna Heidi and Adam were all very attentive they took very good care of me. I will go back, I love the staff here."

"I absolutely loved my experience here. It was my first time and I felt so taken care of and welcome. Each person I met was kinda, and very informative. The environment was so friendly and energetic. Also, for the first time I felt a part of the course of my care, I felt like I could make informed decisions and felt listened to.
