"I have attempted to resolve a billing dispute with this company by reaching out to their offices on multiple occasions. I made calls on the 14th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 25th, and now the 27th of this month. Despite my efforts, I have only been able to leave voicemail messages for Jennifer, Rocio, and Anil, seeking clarification on my billing concerns. While their responsiveness in providing a channel for communication has been non existent , I am frustrated by the lack of direct contact with someone who has the authority to address and resolve my issue promptly. I'm sure you are going to comment that it was an oversight or not typical customer service, but It's disheartening that a customer should have to go through such numerous attempts or resort to using a public method to resolve their issue. It would be beneficial for the company to establish a more efficient method for customers to reach individuals with decision-making power regarding billing disputes. I hope the company considers improving their customer service protocols to ensure that customers facing similar challenges can have their concerns addressed more effectively. Will not be returning to your place of business moving forward."

"Previously I had only been to the TruCare location on Wyoming. That location removed an impacted wisdom tooth over the summer and were incredible. Today however, I ended up in the location on the Westside and they were amazing. I have pretty extensive dental issues from chronic illness and the meds I’ve been on for the illnesses I deal with. The dentist I saw today was honest, gentle, and kind. I didn’t feel judged for having extensive tooth damage, they just took care of me and gave me a plan to move forward to fix the damage I have sustained. I highly recommend both locations of TruCare."

"I'm so disappointed in this place, my wife went in to have he lower molar tooth removed because they said it needed to be removed. It took them 2 hours to remove her tooth. My wife said it felt like they were breaking her jaw, she also said the assistant was poking a tool into her check and then 2 days later I looked inside my wife's mouth and I noticed they cut the inside of her cheek bad and she had stitches. They didn't mention they accidentally cut her cheek and had to stich it up and they also broke her crown completely in half, the dentist said she accidentally chipped her crown and it needs to be fixed but again it's broken in half so they lied to my wife. The worst part about all this is that my wife has been in major pain and her jaw is swollen bad, she left several messages and nobody called her back and this is after a week of the procedure, my wife also has abscess where to tooth was removed and she has been in major pain with major headaches and again nobody would return her call. So on Thursday I called and I spoke with the receptionist and explained everything and she said she would let the dentist know and they made her an appointment for Monday. I asked the receptionist if they could prescribe her antibiotics but nobody did anything or return our call. My wife is going in today so let's see what happens but I would really appreciate a call from the district manager."

"The office located at 4824 McMahon Blvd Suite 119 Albugquerque NM 87114 Runs a shady business. My family's first visit was ok. I was not impressed with how little the dentist interacted with us. The second visit was horrible. All three of my family members had cleanings scheduled. My and My son's office visit was totally paid for possibly because it was our second visit. My husband was overcharged, they claimed he needed extra scaling/cleaning then normal. Yet, never stated up front that there would be an extra charge. $33.30 after insurance kicked in. really I guess their desperate for money, since when is a preventive cleaning not fully covered by insurance. The station I was at had a potpourri plugged into the wall, it was so strong, I had trouble breathing and had to go out to my car to get my asthma inhaler. What kind of medical facility would even use this, knowing many people have asthma. Even the bag they wrapped around a pillow for me to help me highter myself to breathe better was potpourri scented. I also paid for three flouride treatments cash and asked that they credit my husbands account they never did. Lastly, he had to have a filling fixed. They overcharged us on this too. My insurance said we were only responsible for $75.60 yet my husband paid 168.00 plus tax. all this up front before even recieving an explanation of benefits. I will add do not buy the flouride treatment it feels like gritty glue on your teeth and none of us kept it on our teeth for more than an hour. They expected this to stay on 24 hours. In closing, one of the office staff named Natalie stated my husband said to keep the credit and add it to his next visit. He never said this. He said why, would I, I don't even know if and when I would ever go back. Basically the officd Manager named Jenna did not attempt to make anything right with us. She said well that's what the notes says and I was no their so there is nothing I can do. Since when does the customer's experiences not matter. We will not be back. I will add that we have used Delta Dental for years and never had this type of experience at any dentist office. The office manager also refused to give me the name of the owner of this dentist office and told me more than likely she would be the one calling me back. Even after I stated i was adamant about speaking with her boss or the owner. Office ladies are rude, hygentist people are sweethearts but don't expect the dentist to make you feel welcomed."
