"I've always received excellent care from Dr. Jensen, and my hygienist Angela. The assistants and office personnel are outstanding as well. The office is clean, organized, and has a positive atmosphere. They always go that extra mile to explain procedures, ensure I'm comfortable, and answer questions."
"After being a patient for several years, I found out the day before my scheduled appointment, via a voicemail message, that my out-of-pocket expense for a routine cleaning would be $194. A year ago it was $70. That's an increase of 177%!! When I called the office for an explanation, the first person with whom I spoke simply stated that the prices increased "a while back" and was just following instructions to inform me when she called to confirm my appointment. When I asked why I had not been informed at the time of the price increase, she said the office manager could tell me as she didn't know. The office manager told me that it wasn't their decision at the local office; that it was a corporate decision. When I asked why I had not been informed at the time of the price increase, she stated that they have "a lot of patients and cannot call everyone to tell them about the rate change;" and that "corporate did not tell them" they needed to inform patients about the price change upon its occurrence. Are you kidding me with this poor excuse of a response!?! Blame corporate?! I have been a happy and satisfied patient of this office for many years. The staff has always been professional, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I could not be more disappointed with how they've decided to treat me and likely many other patients with this exorbitant price increase and the lack of customer service by providing last-minute notice before a scheduled appointment of said change. My appointment was scheduled for today. During my call yesterday, I canceled my appointment and expressed my frustration. I'm angry that I will now be searching for a new dental provider as paying $194 for a routine cleaning is not in my budget. I hope that others who have been impacted by this nonsense do the same. A health practice that chooses to treat patients like they have me does not deserve to be in business!"
"Me and my wife use to go here, but we went to a new dentist recently because it was closer to our house. Turns out this place was miss billing our insurance and over charging us. I highly recommend to avoid this place. Don't get me wrong, the staff was very friendly and the work they did was great, I just don't appreciate being scammed."

"I’ve been going to this dentist for many years. I like that it’s close to my home. I like that it’s nice and clean looking inside. And I like Dr. Nick Jensen. I am leaving, however, because at least 50% of the time I make appointments they get canceled a few days before my visit and I have to reschedule. When they do this it bumps you back to the bottom of the pile of patients and you have to wait several more months to get seen. This is really annoying, but since I usually have pretty healthy teeth waiting an extra couple months for a cleaning hasn’t hurt me. This changed however when I started to get tooth pain. I made an appointment with the dentist. Waited through the pain only to have them once again cancel my appointment a few days before my visit. This has happened twice and it’s now coming up to my next cleaning and instead of rescheduling to look at my hurting tooth they told me I needed to wait until my cleaning in a couple weeks and at that time reschedule to have the hurting tooth fixed. When I asked what the current wait was to get another appointment I was told at least 2 months. So, from the start of my tooth pain to the soonest I might get it fixed is 4-5 months! That’s a long time to be living with pain. So, now I am on the hunt for a more reliable and available dentist. PS I was surprised to see this dentist has so many 5 star reviews. It’s a nice office, but honestly how many people rush to review their dentist unless they have issues with them? The answer is simple: They offer gift cards “only for 5 star reviews.” I noticed this on signs in the office and always thought it a bit manipulative."
