"I scheduled a last minute emergency appointment for broken teeth. They were able to get me in and taken care of same day. The staff and doctor were beyond amazing! Would highly recommend this location."

"In 2021, as a new patient, I went in for a cleaning and was told they needed to reschedule because I needed a deeper cleaning. I have good insurance but for whatever reason, I was charged over $1,000.They later tried to charge me another $300 for whatever reason. I stayed with the company and they temporarily closed their clinic in my home town making it where I had to travel 45 minutes from my home town to get cleanings. Finally, I went for another cleaning on January 11, 2024 and was told I needed another deep cleaning costing another $1100 with insurance. They also were trying to sell me a $130 toothbrush by sneaking it into my bill. I went ahead and scheduled my appointments because my teeth are important to me. They decided to cancel me and reschedule me. I work and go to college full time. I do not have time for this. I am changing dentists."

"I went in for a simple teeth cleaning. Instead, I went through two hours of Xrays and 3D mouths scans just for them to tell me that I had to make a separate appointment for a cleaning. So, I waited an additional 20 minutes as they had an opening the same day. They did a gingivitis treatment on my mouth AND STILL DIDNT CLEAN MY TEETH. At my old dentist in my home town a cleaning included, plaque picking, flossing, brushing and polishing. I didn’t experience any of that at Apsen and I feel as though nothing was done. Also, they charged me almost $400 after insurance for this, when my insurance company gives two free cleanings a year. Not impressed and will never be back."

"I needed to have a partial adjusted and had just moved to the area. They would not adjust the partial without taking full mouth x-rays. After the full mouth x-rays, I was required to pay in advance to have the partial adjusted. It was not even close to being done correctly. I have to call and make a new appointment to have it adjusted 4 days later. That adjustment was some better but is still not right. I have to come in within a couple weeks or pay $86 again for an adjustment. I am leaving tomorrow to be with family for Christmas so cannot get it done in time. Due to this problem, I will not use this dental group again. They are very expensive compared to others in the neighborhood and do not seem to be trained well enough to properly adjust a partial."
