"I have had nothing but a negative experience here. I had inform them on some of the tax laws when I first started going. Since then I have tried calling and e-mailing repeatedly just to see if there are receiving my information with no responses because they are so busy. After going here a few years they did my taxes and sent them in totally not paying attention that I have itemized all the years with them and just claimed a standard deduction. I caught this later and pointed it out so they had to file an amendment which after 6 months of waiting I have not received the money back from the IRS. I will be taking my taxes elsewhere. Open for suggestions. The more I have talked to people the more I have found other stories with the exact same experiences that I have had."
