"Made a reservation a month ago for a 20ft truck, yesterday asked to move it up a day because of incoming weather. Was told another reservation made after ours was given priority and we would get a smaller truck and a trailer instead. Go today for pickup and there are no trucks of either size for a few hundred miles."

"I did use this location a lot in the past. But I will never use it again or even recommend anyone to use it. I will leave reviews on every site. The older, elderly gentleman was prejudice against myself. We were one hour late returning the equipment, but he was in a rage and upset. Seem to scare other staff as well. I had five people present. I didn’t mind a late fee, but he wasn’t having it. AND YES I AM NATIVE AMERICAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Customer service needs attention. They were rude and refused service. The evening staff refused to honor my reservation because he wanted to leave right at 7 pm. I arrived at the property at 6:25 pm. to get my rental. His name is Mark. This really interrupted my schedule. I had to reschedule another reservation for the following day. The morning staff was really slow. It took almost two hours just to get my trailer ready. Once they finally hooked up the trailer, the wiring wasn't working. I had to wait for them to replace that. They didn't check the cargo door, and when I opened the door, it got stuck towards the top. I previously never had a bad experience at this location, and the service was always fast and efficient. But this time, my experience was absolutely horrible. Making reservations doesn't matter at this location. Be prepared to deviate your plans."

"We had a very good experience at this U-haul location. All of the staff was very friendly and very? Helpful.did we were able to pick up our truck and get on the road within about 15 minutes. We just needed the truck to move some stuff across town,so renting. The truck was more convenient than Going Out and getting our trailer. When we brought the truck back they were very quick and straightforward with the return process. We didn't have any unexpected fees in the process was very very easy. A+++"
